MORMAII Sunglasses carry policarbonate high protection lenses P 400 ULTRALITE© with manufactoring standards that apply BS-2724-1987 and EN 1836-1995. P 400 ULTRALITE© lenses have an axial descentered optical system design for a wrap frame, maining the vision axes in its correct position, and avoiding any invisible (UV 400 and IR) solar rays.  For all these reasons, P400 ULTRALITE© is considered a high performance lens for sport application in general and for nautical sports in particular.

Impact Resistant (Din 58217) coefficient against mineral normal lenses C=25.  When comparing to a well-known brand of one competitor, we decided to make an IMPACT RESISTANCE TEST, consisting in pressing the lenses under the wheels of a five ton tractor and an iron platform. Lenses broke. And it was logical for it to happen. With this test we prove that our lenses offer protection where they should offer it. This is the important thing.
